Much smaller menu, sad to see Red Rooster no longer serves Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. Their Bugers are still delicious.

The food is good, the service was decent, any the atmosphere was nice. They have a small but cozy outdoor patio. The menu is lacking a bit. Not a lot of variety but the food we had was good. The cheeseburger was good and the Philly cheese steak was excellent!

Ordered the chop salad and as offered, substituted steak for chicken with steak done very very rare! Steak was so good and so tender with a generous portion. Salad was excellent even without a perfectly done steak but the steak preparation put it WAY over the top!

The Red Rooster is now under new ownership, this week they unveiled their new menu.For years Red Rooster has been known for their great burgers. I am happy to report their burgers are just as good and as a bonus you can have one with an old fashioned Malt.

Fun hometown vibe in Long Lake, MN. Service was friendly and I had a pretty tasty crusted walleye entree when I was there. Overall I would say the food is slightly overprice for the quality - but the vibe is fun and definitely would recommend going if there is a sporting event to watch!

Nice atmosphere and cool decor. The chicken tenders were freezer burnt, ranch dipping sauce spoiled. The burgers are average. Prices too high for the average quality of food.

Good service, friendly atmosphere, tasty food with large portions (we were there for breakfast and the omelets, waffles, pancakes, and side items were all delicious), and the pricing is very reasonable! Definitely worth a stop when you're in the area. Our food arrived extremely fast, so no worries if you are starving!

The food at this place is great!! They make it right there and tasted homemade! The flavor exploded in your mouth!!

Definitely wasn impressed. There lynch menu doesn't start til 2. The selection was very limited. The food we did get was under cooked. The drinks were not that good either. The waitress didnt come back until we ate what we could of the food and by that time we just wanted to leave. All around just disappointing. The two stars were for them comping our food for being under cooked.

I would not recommend this place for breakfast. The cheesy hash browns are not good, the poached eggs were not done, the pancakes came from a mix most likely. The ham was thin sliced like sandwich ham.

The Monday tostada special is incredible. The authentic flavor & technique shown here are a delight.

We missed all the hole-the-wall places in Richfield where you can get a good burger. Red Rooster is the exact same thing. Nice casual vibe, good burger selection (and other things too.) Great place to hang out on a cold Saturday night and get some good food.

A great little place on the main street. Second time here and this is as place we would come back to for sure. The burgers are just right and very tasty. Had Bloody Marys and they were very tasty with a little beer chaser. A small neighborhood place and very friendly staff. A great value indeed.

We like this place because it's consistently inviting and we get familiar food and good service without breaking the bank. Definitely one of our favorite places to go!

Nice place! The food was good and relatively inexpensive when you ordered from the specials menu. The night we were there, it was discount appetizers. The food was fresh and hot. Heavily seasoned. Judy on the border of being too salty for my tastes, buy my wife loved it. The chicken wings were excellent. The have a smallish game room. We made the mistake of eating there, and it was a bit loud. Howevr, they have outdoor seating, along with some seating away from the pool table. Great place and my wife and I will go back!

Decent place for a drink and relatively good food. This place used to be better before the new owner took over. The food is a bit overpriced and they no longer have taco tuesdays or wing wednesdays.

Good place, good food

The burgers were not what I expected: I was hoping for an old-school burger-basket burger, the thin burger with the crispy edges and lots of grease. This was a very thick burger that only comes in 1/3 lb., unless you get a double (2, 1/4 lb patties). I should have gotten one of the "double" patties all by itself. It might have been better. But the flavor of the burger was not to my liking. Much too strong, not juicy, not salty. The flavor was somewhat sour, almost like venison. Tots were good, but you can't credit the restaurant for that. The atmosphere in the late afternoon was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Rather empty, which is fine, but the restaurant was not available, only the bar, so we were forced to sit with the day drinkers. If you don't want that, I would think earlier or later would get you in the restaurant.

What a wonderful place to have dinner. Quiet so you can actually hear the person across the table. Try the cockeyed rooster, it rocks. And best of all is the friendly staff and great service.

Just moved to the area and have enjoyed going to Red Rooster both for the atmosphere and food. Also enjoy their new booths which just got updated! A great choice for a group of people as they have a good amount of options. A lot of complaints in these reviews about the prices but I also think portions are pretty large, always leave full and love the side options (try the cottage cheese with cucumbers!).
